Hugo Levy

Hugo funda Levy Consulting a fines de los ‘70 con la real convicción de hacer crecer a las organizaciones a través del desarrollo de su gente. Paula ha desarrollado una sólida expertise en procesos de Team Effectiveness aplicando técnicas de action learning y team coaching a Equipos de Alta Gerencia y Dirección. En los últimos años se ha dedicado a la investigación de temas de vanguardia tales como inteligencia conversacional, DEI, maternity coaching y health coaching.

Su estilo de formación es enérgico, ágil y empático asegurando un entorno de alta participación y diálogo donde los participantes desean compartir experiencias, inquietudes y buenas prácticas. Orientada a la acción, busca siempre facilitar la construcción de planes de acción para aplicar lo aprendido al día a día.

Ha trabajado con equipos y ejecutivos de diferentes Organizaciones en: Hungría, Holanda, Francia, España, USA, Egipto y toda América Latina.

Apoyada en su capacidad de observación y su fuerte habilidad para ayudar al aprendizaje, muestra un estilo de formación pragmático, concreto y orientado a la acción ideal para trabajar con niveles ejecutivos.

Hugo founded Levy Consulting at the end of the '70s with true conviction on making organizations grow through the development of their people. With a background as a professor in philosophy, psychology and pedagogy, he brings a different perspective to the corporate world that quickly gave him access to multiple latitudes, boosting our growth as a company on a global level.

Thanks to his orientation towards people, his great ability to investigate and invite insight, as well as his ability to support the construction of actionable development plans, Hugo has earned an indisputable space in the Latin American consulting market.

Empathetic, sharp and with a good understanding of the challenges posed by new business scenarios, he is a highly effective coach for executive levels.

Today he is exclusively focused on Senior Management audiences and senior executives, plus he continues to provide vision and shape to the future of our team.

Paula Levy

Relying on her ability to deepen the analysis, identify concrete actions and inspire action, Paula leads the Levy Consulting team and the development of new contents and methodologies.

Paula has developed solid expertise in Team Alignment processes, using action learning and team coaching techniques with Senior Management Teams and Strategic Teams. In recent years, she has devoted herself to learning and researching cutting-edge topics such as conversational intelligence, DEI, maternity coaching and health coaching.

Her style is energetic, agile and empathetic, ensuring a high-involvement environment where participants want to share experiences, concerns and good practices. As an action-oriented person, she always seeks to facilitate action-plans building.
